You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
We cannot accept grooming/health care items for return that have been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We do NOT pay the cost of return shipping charges on broken, defective merchandise or buyers remorse.

We are very liberal in our policies however, we do have certain requirements when purchasing and returning product.
We do accept returns on our products within (30) days from the date that we have verification that you received the shipment. Below is our refund/replacement policy.
- Product is not as described or damaged in shipment: We will accept the return and
refund your cost to ship the product back to us and your total purchase price
- If you decide that the product was not what you wanted and it was properly
described, we will accept the return however, we will not refund your shipping
cost back to us and we will deduct our original shipping cost from the refund
amount (On Free Shipping Items and Shipping Paid By The Buyer)
- If the proper address is not provided by the buyer and the purchase is returned to
us, we will refund your purchase price less our original shipping charges. (On
Free Shipping Items and Shipping Paid By The Buyer )
- All other issues will be addressed on a case by case basis
Warranty returns past the (14) day inspection period: Some of our "Brand New" products have a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
Items Not In Stock
It is rare that we will sell out of product that we list on eBay however, there is that chance. If we can not ship your purchase within the 1 business days we strive for, we will contact you with options through the eBay Contact Buyer link.
